oxyhydrogen generator is electrolysis of water produces hydrogen and oxygen gas, hydrogen is an active gas and a catalyst. Oxygen is a combustion-supporting gas. The hydrogen and oxygen gas passes through the electrolytic cell, anti-tempering tank, flame arrester, gas outlet pipe to the flame gun or gas outlet.
The matched rotary sealing device OKRFH-2 adopt pull ampoule sealing method to replace the traditional ampoule sealing machine.
The temperature of the oxyhydrogen flame is as high as 2800 degrees so the oxyhydrogen sealing effect and speed are higher and faster than traditional liquefied gas for ampoule sealing.

How does it work?
Put the ampoule bottle on the workbench, there are two sets of oxyhydrogen flame melting, pedal or automatic rotating the workbench, and manually seal the ampoule with tweezers. The sealing speed can be about 40~45 pieces of ampoules per minute.
It is also suitable for a maximum 12mm diameter, 15mm length quartz glass tube sealing.
