HHO engine carbon cleaning machine electrolyzes water into hydrogen and oxygen gas, then feeds the mixed gas into the engine by the air intake. Due to the high temperature of HHO gas, the burning of HHO gas is mixed with fuel to clean the accumulated carbon deposition in the engine.
