The Product Advantages of Oxy-hydrogen Generator
1. An oxyhydrogen machine can be configured with a single torch or multiple torches,and can adjust gas pressure and flame size.
2. Stability: Oxyhydrogen machine adopts an independent multi-cell electrolytic device. An independent water filling tank is configured on the whole electrolytic device to continuously supply water to each electrolytic tank, thus ensuring the stability of gas production, pressure and flame size.
3. The oxyhydrogen flame torch is equipped with different single-hole nozzles,which can produce different size flame. The highly concentrated oxyhydrogen flame can minimize transfer heat to nearby sensitive heat conduction components. The multi-hole nozzle can also be installed to make the flame output a strong oxyhydrogen flame,which can meet the processing requirements of large work piece.
4. The machine is compact and tidy. The flame gun connected with hose can be operated manually, and installed on the automatic manipulator conveniently, and integrated into the automatic heating and welding system to realize automatic mass production.

The oxyhydrogen generator is equipped with built-in over-temperature protection,anti-backfire protection,gas and liquid separation device,gas filter,automatic pressure controller,over pressure protection system and other safety devices between the electrolytic cylinder and each water filling system to ensure stable and safety operation.

How to Maintain Oxyhydrogen Generator?
Our machine needs to maintain in order to improve the service life and gas production efficiency. Firstly, we should clean the electrolytic cell.
After pouring out the electrolyte liquid from the water inlet, we clean the electrolytic cell until clean water flows out. The second is to replace
the new electrolyte. We need to make the new electrolyte. The making method is the same as when we received the new machine. The third is to clean the main machine, especially the cooling grid and cooling fan.
